Our anodizing process is certified to:
- MIL-A-8625-F Type II Class 1 & 2
- MIL-A-8625-F Type III Class 1 & 2
- ASTM 567
This specification is the model for much of the anodizing specified for military and aerospace products. MIL-A-8625-F also forms the basis for many anodizing specifications that are used throughout the industry.
Statistical Process Control is used to ensure all processing solutions are maintained and operated to the proper specifications. Salt spray and Tabor abrasion tests are routinely performed on standard test panels that verify our process meets the MIL requirements.
The working area of the tanks is 32″ deep, 22″ wide, and approximately 72″ in length. We use various racking methods. We also have a good working relationship with several racking suppliers in the Midwest, to whom we can turn for special racking.
